As a mechanical and manufacturing engineer. My duties since Sep 2017:
• Designing conceptual models and manufacturing parts, designing and
manufacturing molds and simulating the production and troubleshooting process
in plastic injection molding process;
• Designing profiles, molds and simulating production and troubleshooting process
in extrusion process;
• Designing polymeric and composite parts, simulating and polishing in
incremental manufacturing process and 3D printers;
• Calibrating, repairing and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and 3D
printers
• Conducting numerical calculations for the design and layout of continuous fiber
layers in composite parts and fabricating molds to produce composite
parts with continuous resin matrix and fibers or short fibers;
• Providing solutions for crossing barriers to the production of conceptual
components or mass production;
• Performing quality control of final products in plastic injection molding, extrusion
and incremental manufacturing processes;
• Designing and changing the layout of the factory to increase productivity
in production and reduce costs;
• Reviewing customers’ feedbacks and providing solutions to improve performance
in production and optimization of products;
• Arranging and managing meetings to provide projects progress report for
the company’s managers and engineers;
• Supervising the preparation of technical proposals in accordance with the needs
of employers.

As a supervisor and a member of the board of directors:
• Won the best idea and got the 1st place in the 1
st national Tabriz Start-up Weekend in 2015.
• Established this company under the supervision of Tabriz University of medical
science with four other members.
• By practicing different methods of manufacturing of various medical products,
gathered valuable experiences toward medical equipment as well as coping with
other engineers and physicians in the work field.
• Proper procedure and inspection for medical grade equipment was learned.
• Due to being accepted in another city’s university for Masters, left the board of
directors and the company in June 2017.

an airline.
• Worked and learned some aspects of working environments in airline engineering

As an RA:
• Worked on different projects in “Technoplast” laboratory as well as injection and
extrusion workshops.
• The main field of work were 3D-printers, plastics, and composites.
• For my master’s thesis, I developed an innovative method for FDM printers to
produce metallic-polymer composites containing over 90% of metallic powders.

• Studied Doctorate in Business Administration to develop engineering management
skills as managing modern teams of engineers requires technical knowledge,
leadership and management skills.
• To obtain managerial skills to use them in both academic and working
environment, I started studying management at University of Tehran.
• Learning these skills has helped me improve my efficiency and outcome at work
which resulted in attaining promotions and numerous other job offers.

• Was a member of the executive team in ICME, the 4th international and 15th
national manufacturing engineering conference, held in Tarbiat Modares University in
Tehran in 2018.
• Used to be a member of the executive team in ISME Conference held in Tarbiat
Modares University in Tehran in 2019, which was the 27th international conference of
the Iranian mechanical engineers’ society.
